WORKSHOP - Faithfulness in Practice: Strengthening Evangelistic Culture in Our Organisations
An invitation to reflect and explore how we faithfully embody and integrate the gospel through our people, culture, and strategy.

This workshop is designed for organisational leaders who want to think more intentionally about their evangelistic faithfulness within their unique context in Aotearoa New Zealand. Rather than focusing solely on programmes or activity, we will explore how organisations can embody a faithful witness through their culture, leadership, and everyday practices.

Participants will be guided to reflect on their current posture: how the gospel is expressed through their people, how their organisational culture supports (or inhibits) witness, and how strategy can more thoughtfully align with their calling. Drawing on practical frameworks and lived experience, the session will help leaders identify strengths, gaps, and next steps.

Facilitated by Julie-Anne Liard

Julie-Anne Liard is an experienced ministry leader with a deep passion for helping people come to faith in Christ. She began her vocation in student ministry, and for the past six and a half years, Julie-Anne has served with City to City Australia, coming alongside churches and Christian organisations to strengthen their evangelistic vision and practice. In this role, she has worked with more than 100 churches and organisations, equipping leaders to think strategically about mission and to cultivate cultures where the gospel is clearly and faithfully lived out.

Julie-Anne brings a unique combination of theological depth, practical insight, and relational warmth, helping leaders navigate how to faithfully embody and share the gospel within their own contexts.

She is married to Andrew, and together they have four adult children.
