A good succession

At Wilberforce, succession planning is now a regular board agenda item, reinforcing that leadership is held only for a season and should be stewarded well. As leadership continues to pass from one person to the next—just as it did from Helen to me, and from me to Grant—God is already preparing TJ’s eventual successor. The work of partnering with God in that process begins at his very first board meeting.
