Delivered by Dr Peter Crow, an internationally respected governance expert, these programmes support Chairs, Board Members, and CEOs at different stages of their governance journey — from foundational governance practice, to the distinctive role of the Chair, through to advanced strategic oversight. Grounded in values, shaped by real-world case studies, and strengthened through peer learning and Community of Practice, this suite equips leaders to govern with clarity, confidence, and impact.
BoardCraft – Governing for Impact
BoardCraft – Governing for Impact is a two-day governance programme designed specifically for faith-based board leaders, including Chairs, Board Members, and CEOs. Developed and delivered by Dr Peter Crow, an internationally respected governance expert, the programme focuses on the foundations of effective board leadership within the unique context and calling of faith-based organisations.
Participants engage with practical case studies, explore real governance challenges, and receive a comprehensive workbook to support learning and application. BoardCraft creates space for thoughtful discussion, shared learning, and confidence building, while grounding governance practice in values, purpose, and impact. Participants are also invited into an ongoing Community of Practice, extending learning beyond the programme and strengthening connections across the Wilberforce governance community.
